Policy updates – don’t get left behind!

Ensuring that all staff are up to date on policies and procedures

When new policies and procedures are unveiled, staff need to be on-boarded to ensure they are properly utilizing the new workflow. As a best practice, ongoing education should be required of staff to keep them up to date about procedures involving work forms, patients who arrive after their appointment time, walk-in appointments, and any additional policies that effect the day-to-day operations of the clinic and its staff.
